HI, I’M AMANDA

I'm an accomplished attorney at McCall Law Group, PLLC, with areas of practice focused in estate planning, business contract drafting and negotiation, business formation, business succession planning, and real estate transactions.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication and Business from Texas Christian University, and I went on to complete my Juris Doctor, cum laude, at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. There, I also received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. I’m a proud member of the Texas State Bar and actively contribute to the community by serving on the board of the Collin County Texas Young Lawyers Association.

In my real estate practice, I am committed to protecting clients' interests and facilitating successful real  estate transactions. Focusing on residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as legal counsel for real estate developers, I provide comprehensive legal guidance to buyers, sellers, investors, and developers, ensuring smooth transactions and strategic decision-making. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers, structuring complex commercial deals, or advising developers on large-scale projects, I provide knowledgeable, client-focused legal representation in real estate matters with trusted guidance every step of the way.

In my estate planning practice, I am dedicated to helping clients create comprehensive plans that include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives. I have a deep understanding of the complexities of asset distribution and probate procedures, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each client. Passionate about empowering clients, I work to normalize conversations around estate and business succession planning. My work focuses on ensuring assets are preserved and successfully transferred across generations

With extensive experience negotiating and settling over 100 legal disputes, I take a strategic approach to legal challenges, delivering practical and effective solutions that help businesses mitigate risks and achieve their goals.
